01Studio pickup

Free. Choose pickup at checkout and we message you on WhatsApp the moment your order is ready. Orders paid at the studio are held for 3 days from placing, then cancelled and the items released; prepaid orders wait for you — usually the same day, within opening hours. Bring your order number.

Pay at pickup (cash or card), or ahead online. Prepaid orders are kept for 30 days; after that we message you, and if we still can’t reach you the order is refunded the same way you paid.

02Courier delivery

Flat $5 anywhere in Lebanon, added to your total at checkout. Orders go out the next working day and usually arrive within 1–3 days; Beirut and Tripoli are typically next-day.

Pay ahead by card, Whish Money or OMT Pay, or cash on delivery to the courier. Delivery times are estimates — the courier is a separate company and holidays, weather or road closures can add a day; we will keep you posted. Please make sure someone can receive the order at the address and number you give: if a delivery fails because of a wrong address or no answer, the courier tries once more, after which the order comes back to the studio and a second delivery is charged at the same flat rate. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when the courier hands them over. You'll get a status update at each step — placed, preparing, with the courier, delivered — in your account and by WhatsApp.

03Tracking & changes

Every order has a page: open it from your account to see where it is. Need to change the address or switch to pickup? Message us on WhatsApp before it leaves — after that, the courier's on the road.

04Damaged or wrong

Check your order when it arrives. Message us within 7 days with a photo of the item and the packaging and we'll replace or refund it — the same way you paid, within 3–5 business days. Opened or used cosmetics can't be returned for change of mind, for hygiene. Unopened items in their original packaging can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days; return delivery is at your cost unless the item was wrong or damaged.

05Outside Lebanon

Not yet. If you're abroad and want something from the shelf, a gift card travels anywhere.
